Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Letcher County Busted Mugshots. By browsing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not accept every condition, stop using the site.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with Letcher County, a sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or any other government body. It helps visitors locate Kentucky jail, custody, and public-record resources. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant-screening services covered by the FCRA. This is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

Letcher County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference service with no government ties. It stores no official jail or court records and cannot verify custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

The site points toward official Letcher County and Kentucky record sources and may connect users with outside research tools. Those tools remain separate services.
